The name Ripasso comes from the fact that the Valpolicella wine obtained from autumn harvest, is fermented for a second time with the skins of Recioto or Amarone still full of unfermented sugars to acquire fullness and complexity,
typical of this wine which makes it a priceless product in the wine world.
Intense red in colour with scents of plums, cherries, black cherry, small red berries and a slight airy feeling that combines with a spicy note of vanilla, cinnamon and coffee.
Round, full bodied and elegant on the palate.
Goes well with red meats, game and mature cheese.

We recommend a serving temperature of 18-20°C and uncork at least one hour before consumption.
