Description
Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso is a wine obtained with the ancient technique of “revision” which consists of the double fermentation on the skins of Amarone Valpolicella wine. In this way the wine receives from the withered peels part of the aroma which is typical of Amarone.
This process allows you to extract color, sugar and flavorings from the peels and makes this wine at the same time enhancing the caratterisiche of autochthonous vines, as we/1 as the aromas and flavors.
