Description

This Prosecco Rosè is produced from two very important grape types in our enology: Glera and black pinot. At sight it shows a pale crystalline pink, characterized by a fruity and floral boque and a fine and persistent perlage.
A Prosecco Rosè of extreme elegance, lively and casual, has a perfect balance between sugars and acidity. Closes freshly, with light clotted notes.
It’s ideal for an aperitif, it enhances the freshness of the fish, but it is also excellent with light first courses based on vegetables and white meats.
