This wine, created and strongly backed by the brothers Cristian e Giammaria, intends to better represent all their passion tor quality and their love tor the land. In fact C&G is produced only with grapes growing in the province of Verona.

When they reach the perfect ripeness, best grapes are dried in plateaux placed in fruit cellars tor a short period.
After crushing occurs aging in oak barrels, where the wine loses its sharpness.
