During the process of fermentation, you add particular wine yeasts.
It’s hold in small wooden barrels made of cherry wood and durmast to give the grappa the classical amber colour and a harmonious, but intense taste.
The taste of this Grappa reminds to spices, ripe fruit and fine woods.
It’s ideal as after dinner or served alone.
Perfect with dark chocolate and chilli pepper.
We recommend serving it at 15-18°C in wide glass wine.
